Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SPF, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Choose Your Items

  Select the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request so we can improve.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
